In the last week I've developed repetitive stress injuries in both wrists/hands/forearms. It sucks. So, I'm majorly limiting my computer time for the next...little while.
Yeah, I agree. It'll definitely be better in the long run if I take as much care as I can. But yeah, I'm mentally preparing myself for this to be an ongoing problem, and hoping I can just minimize it as much as possible.

Unfortunately, now that you've had it once you're more likely to get it in the future. :(
I guess that's my rec to actually do any exercises they recommend and rest and such. Even if it suck.
