In the last week I've developed repetitive stress injuries in both wrists/hands/forearms. It sucks. So, I'm majorly limiting my computer time for the next...little while.
It feels more like soreness? It's mostly on my inner wrists and forearms, and also on my fingers and elbows of one arm. But it can be more of a sharp pain when I try to grip something or if I'm on the computer very long. It gets worse throughout the day, too. It sounds like you should rest and stretch too!
Yeah, sounds like what I have a bit, only I don't have much sharp pain, as long as I don't do anything very strenous like picking up my coat. Typing is a problem, though, because a short comment is about everything I manage until my hands are shaking and refuse to work.
A good time to catch up on watching series, I think.
