This is great! I love the parallels, especially the surveillance, spying and distrust in the second section. And oh wow, the intercutting of physical intimacy of medical experimentation and procedures with sexual intimacy at the end! What an insightful punch.

(BUT WAIT, when did Mrs. S get a sexy boyfriend? Important questions).

Mrs. S's sexy boyfriend is from a mid-S2 episode -- I'm not sure if you watched that far? -- and sadly they only have a few scenes. Though she mentioned him to Sarah in S1 when she was telling Sarah about when Mrs S first took her in.
