Parts of S5 def tweaked me, but nothing like at the rate that S4 was difficult to watch. And all the religious storylines got so ridiculous by the end of the season that the Xtianity stuff didn't tweak me as hard s it might.
Their relationship was fairly explicit in S5 -- committing to raising a kid together! -- but I suppose there are people who will deny anything. (As you say, some have good reasons, but most do not.) I'm looking forward to seeing S6.
