Well, if I comandeer my partner's computer there's a good chance I'll install Ubuntu on it. I'm not sure if I'd partition the hard drive or not in that case; I'm leaning toward not. Anyway, vidding is my main hesitation -- I want to check out your Blender tutorials first! Maybe trying it on the Mac would be a good start.
